We are currently in search of an Outbound Sales Representative that will play a key role in growing our commercial sales team.  The position manages new client prospects through outbound phone calls/ referrals, and qualify them according to specific criteria. Cold calls targeted lists and prioritized lists from a (CRM) data base. This role will educate customers and work on setting up leads/appointments for our consultants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and client profiles
  • Follow required business processes and utilize required tools such as a client relationship system
  • Educate and build rapport with prospects and consultants
  • Research new leads opportunities
  • Manage high volume of phone calls and provide responses to all product inquiries
  • Coordinate with contacts and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end
  • Schedule all customer appointments according to procedures and documents all customer transactions and prepare required paperwork.
  • Perform all follow up for all outbound calls.
  • Manage online chat for website visitors.
