We are currently in search of an Outbound Sales Representative that will play a key role in growing our commercial sales team. The position manages new client prospects through outbound phone calls/ referrals, and qualify them according to specific criteria. Cold calls targeted lists and prioritized lists from a (CRM) data base. This role will educate customers and work on setting up leads/appointments for our consultants.
- Generate qualified leads and client profiles
- Follow required business processes and utilize required tools such as a client relationship system
- Educate and build rapport with prospects and consultants
- Research new leads opportunities
- Manage high volume of phone calls and provide responses to all product inquiries
- Coordinate with contacts and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end
- Schedule all customer appointments according to procedures and documents all customer transactions and prepare required paperwork.
- Perform all follow up for all outbound calls.
- Manage online chat for website visitors.
